At The Water Club, we’re passionate about preserving the delicate balance of the aquatic ecosystem, which is why we promote a catch-and-release program. While on board, you’ll also get the chance to measure your catch against some of the lagoon’s biggest fish and capture those triumphant moments with a photograph, making them your well-earned bragging rights.

Please note: Guests are required to be at the boat 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. We are at TH35 Sawtooth building. Thesen Island Harbour Town Knysna.
Please honor your reservation. If you can no longer make the date and time, kindly call us to change your booking or cancel via the links in your confirmation email.
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. Knysna we got 4 seasons in a day so please bring a change of clothes in case the weather changes, and during summer seasons guests are welcome to jump for a swim in the Lagoon

- Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Membership may be revoked or denied at the discretion of The Water Club.
3. Safety and Health
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during club activities.
- Follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by club leaders and staff.
- Notify the club of any medical conditions or special requirements before participating in an activity.
4. Participation
- Participants must have some skill level and fitness for the chosen activity. E.g. Kayaking or Bicycle

- Respect the environment, wildlife, and other club members.
- Follow the principles of "Leave No Trace" during outdoor activities.
5. Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations for activities must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations should be made with advance notice as specified for each activity.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Payment and Fees
- All fees for activities must be paid in full prior to participating.
- Additional charges may apply for equipment rental, transportation, or other services.

7. Insurance

- The Water Club may take photographs or video during club activities for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be included in such material must notify the club in advance.
- These include photos and footage to be used on social media platforms, including Facebook,
Instagram and YouTube
11. Changes and Cancellations by The Water Club
- The Water Club reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather, safety concerns, or
unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, alternative activities or refunds may be offered at the club's discretion.
