Guests are collected from the Sun City Welcome Centre and transferred through to Letsatsing Game Reserve, the transfer takes approximately 10 minutes. On arrival, guests are met by their trail guide who welcomes them and takes them through the safety procedures. After the safety briefing, guests will go on the practice course for approximately 5 minutes. The purpose of the practice course is to ensure that guests are comfortable with the Quad Bike before departing on the 1-hour nature trail.

Guests or SpectatorsKindly be at the Gametrackers desk, situated in the Welcome Centre at Sun City Resort, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The online check-in link must be completed before you arrive for your activity. *** Excludes day visitors' entrance fees into Sun City and the Valley of the Waves. Unaccompanied minor (person under 18 years) - A parent/Legal guardian must sign the indemnity forms on the minors' behalf before departure. Children 5-11 years must be accompanied by an adult on the quad bike. The full adult rate and the full child rate will apply.

Exclusions
There is a Kiosk at the “Outdoor Adventure Centre”. Only Rand (ZAR) accepted. Credit/Debit Card facility is also available.
Excludes day visitors’ entrance fees into Sun City and the Valley of the Waves.
Notes
Children 5 to 11 years of age will need to be lifted by an adult. Children 4 years and under are not permitted to partake in the activity.
Service Terms and Conditions
Reservations
• All reservation requests will be confirmed in writing by electronic mail subject to the availability of requested dates & times.
• A minimum number of pax is required for certain activities and each activity has a maximum capacity.
Payment & Cancellation
• Full payment is required 7 days prior to the first activity booked.
• All changes must be in writing & all amendments must be received at least 7 days before the activity takes place. Should we not receive any amendments in writing; the total confirmed pax will be charged.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply should a cancellation or amendment be made within 7 days of the first activity booked.
• Full payment is required prior to receiving the online check-in link with indemnity and Covid-19 questionnaire
• Mankwe Gametrackers Management reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, the lack of passengers or weather conditions. In the case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Mankwe Gametrackers Management.
• In the event of a Mankwe Gametrackers management cancellation a full refund will be given on the amounts paid.
• COVID-19 Cancellation Terms:
* Ultimate rebook date: 24 months from the original departure date.
* Applies to all new bookings placed from 15 April to 31 October 2020 for travel between
1 May 2020 until 31 December 2022. Rebooking is subject to availability.
* Full refund only on the proof of valid Covid-19 medical confirmation or declaration signed by
authorities (e.g. result confirmation or GP letter) that it is without a doubt a Covid-19 case.
Indemnity & Covid-19 Information
• All guests are required to sign an indemnity and complete the Covid-19 questionnaire for all transfers and activities that they are participating in, prior to the departure.
• A link will be sent via e-mail 24 hours prior to your activity/transfer date.
• In the case of a guest refusing to sign the indemnity form or complete the Covid-19 questionnaire, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity/transfer and will not receive any refund.
• The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years of age.
• Any unaccompanied minor (a person under 18 years of age) requires the indemnity to be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian prior to the activity/transfer.
• The required indemnity form can be signed online from your mobile phone to ensure that you have sufficient time to read and understand the conditions.
• We are asking for more detailed information than usual. This information is to ensure we can address appropriately any risks, should you or one of our guests or staff become ill with suspected COVID-19, and to ensure that in such an event, the required contact tracing can be carried out. All information provided will only be shared with authorized persons.
• NOTE: As per the regulations of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 published on 17 March 2020, any person who intentionally -
1. Misrepresents that he/she/any other person is infected with COVID-19 is guilty of an offense and on conviction can be fined and/or imprisoned (for up to 6 months).
2. Exposes another person to COVID-19 may be prosecuted for an offense, including assault,

Children
• Children are classified as a passenger, therefore, on certain activities, the full rate will apply to them. The following age/height/weight limits apply:
Hot Air Balloon Safari – needs to be taller than 1.2m
Quad Biking - Under 8 years can be lifted by an adult – no under 5 years
Chimp & Zee Rope Adventure – needs to be taller than 1.2m
Quatro Bounce – Maximum weight 100kg
Bush Walks in Pilanesberg – no under 16-years
Tour Leaders/Tour Guides
• The number of Tour leaders / Tour guides must be advised with the initial reservation.
• No refunds on Tour leaders / Tour guides will be given after the activity has taken place.
General
• Mankwe Gametrackers Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice.
