Activity Description
The River Cruises are a unique way to discover why they call the Sundays River “Africa’s Best Kept Secret”. Our boats are situated at 1 Jetty Street in Colchester, less than 30 30-minute drive from Port Elizabeth, just below the Southern entrance gate of Addo National Elephant Park. The usage of either of our boats will be dependent on the amount of people attending the cruise.
We cater for groups of 1-42 people. The River Cruise is perfect for bird lovers, a work function, a birthday party, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or just a great time with family and friends. Try something different and join us for a great experience. We can arrange return transport or overnight accommodation to suit your budget if required. We also offer delicious food at A Taste of Africa Restaurant & Coffee Bar close by.
We require a minimum of 2 people to join this activity in order for the tour to go ahead. If there are fewer than 2 people then the 1 guest will be charged an extra R200 for the tour to continue. Please contact us on the day of the tour to confirm if there are more than 2 people for the tour to continue.

Please take note our location is about 40 km outside of Port Elizabeth on the N2 towards Grahamstown. We are situated about 5km from the South Entrance of the Addo Elephant National Park.

What to Wear Anything you feel comfortable cruising in. A jacket is necessary on cooler days.
Things to Bring Sunglasses, sunscreen, binoculars for the bird lovers, camera, jacket or something warm, and a cooler box with plenty of ice.
Guests or Spectators We require a minimum of 1 adult and 1 child price to join this activity in order for the tour to go ahead. If there are less than 1 adult and 1 child then you will be charged the total cost of 1 adult and 1 child for the tour to continue. Please contact us on the day of the tour to confirm if there are more than 1 adult and 1 child for the tour to continue.

RESERVATIONS
Full payment is required before trip departure.
If payment and proof thereof are not received, the reservation will be canceled.
All changes to reservations are required in writing by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the activity date.
Changes are subject to availability and payment will not be refunded only rescheduled if less than 7 days notice is given
CANCELLATIONS
Clients will not receive a refund in the event of a no show.
We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions.
Guests must report for the activity unless notified by Sunday's River Sandboarding.
In the event of a cancellation by Sunday's River Sandboarding, a full refund will be made.
INDEMNITY
All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities.
The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years.
GENERAL
Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions at will.
All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction.
SINGLE Guests
An extra charge will be billed to guests if they are the only one for the day of R500 in cash.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Sundays River Sandboarding bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sundays River Sandboarding via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
