What an amazing experience! We rocked up without reservation and the staff member who attended us was so kind to accommodate us just 1.3 hours later. No pre-payment or deposit is needed which makes it much more flexible. We met him at the docks and he was ready with our fantastic kayaks with comfortable seats and lifejackets for all. He even explained to us what the best routes were, how to use the tide to our favor, and was very flexible with the return time - as we went on a bit longer than we expected (we loved it too much). Knysna MUST be seen from a kayak; anything else is only a halfway experience. - Clara

4. Participation
- Participants must have some skill level and fitness for the chosen activity. E.g. Kayaking or Bicycle

- Follow the principles of "Leave No Trace" during outdoor activities.
5. Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservations for activities must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations should be made with advance notice as specified for each activity.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

- Participants who do not wish to be included in such material must notify the club in advance.
- These include photos and footage to be used on social media platforms, including Facebook,
Instagram and YouTube
11. Changes and Cancellations by The Water Club
- The Water Club reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather, safety concerns, or
unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, alternative activities or refunds may be offered at the club's discretion.
