All guides are fully trained and during the tour, clients are warned against known dangers. The cost of rescue in emergency situations, hospital, or medical treatment will be borne by the client.

3. BRAKING IS ESSENTIAL ON THE SLIDES AND IF IT IS FOUND THAT A CLIENT IS NOT COMPETENT TO BRAKE SAFELY THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF THE CLIENT FROM THE TOUR/ACTIVITY.

5. I freely and willfully agree to all the terms and conditions under which the excursion/tour is being conducted. I furthermore freely and willfully undertake to cover all and any costs, which may be incurred for rescue in emergency situations, hospital or medical treatment, and for any transportation cost or evacuation cost by vehicle or aircraft should it become necessary in the event of an emergency.

6. I do hereby indemnify the owner against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses, and losses of any nature whatsoever, that may be sustained or incurred by me in consequence of any loss of life, illness, loss or damage to property, luggage or any injury whatsoever and howsoever suffered by me, either in person or property, whether same arises by reason of any act of God, accident, or the negligence, wrongful act or omission on the part of the owner and/or person or persons employed by the owner.
