Fly across the gorge on a high-wire Double Zipline. Start from the top of a 5m tower, with 360° views. Zipline 120m to the northern side of the gorge before walking a short distance along a scenic platform and zipping back along a second zipline of equal length. The Big Swing is one of the world’s highest cable gorge swings and launches off the top of a waterfall. The experience is very different from a bungee jump, participants freefall for 70m before the jump rope pulls them into a high-speed arch and they swing from one side of the gorge to the other.

Graskop Gorge Lift Company Adventure Hub
The Graskop Gorge Lift Company is centrally located on the Panorama Route. While it is an ideal stopover point, it is also an end destination in its own right, with lots to do on-site and in the area. Most areas are wheelchair and pram-friendly. Activities included in the entrance fee are the Suspension Bridge, viewing decks, and elevated walkways, that link both sides of the gorge, craft market, and curio shops plus access to The Lift Café restaurant and bar, Swing Café restaurant and bar.
Zipline
Fly across the gorge on a high-wire Double Zipline. The course starts from the top of a 5m tower, with 360° views. Participants ride a 120m-long zipline to the northern side of the gorge before walking a short distance along a scenic platform and zipping back along a second zipline of equal length. Big Swing Jump
The Big Swing is one of the world’s highest cable gorge swings and launches off the top of a waterfall. The experience is very different from a bungee jump because participants freefall for 70m before the jump rope pulls them into a high-speed arch and they swing from one side of the gorge to the other. When falling, they reach 140km/h in three seconds
For an additional cost, you can capture your jump on camera. The cost includes a USB flash drive.

- Entrance will be limited to 200 people at any one time.
- Covid monitors are on-site to enforce social distancing on peak days.
- Single point of entry. Temperatures and hand sanitizing will take place.

Refund Policy
A 100% refund will be granted should the Client / Operator cancel the booking, 24 hours prior to the date of the booking, or in the event of the activity being closed due to weather or maintenance.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
No cash refunds will be allowed.
Voucher Policy - Unless otherwise agreed in writing all vouchers are valid for the period specified on the voucher. Vouchers are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Tickets are multi entry, valid only for the calendar day of the ticket issued. A limited number of tickets are sold during each time slot.
Ticket times and queuing: please note that we have a “first come first serve policy” irrespective of the time given on your ticket.
Please note that Graskop Gorge Adventures reserves the right to increase ticket prices and change operating times without prior notice.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Graskop Gorge Adventures is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability,Graskop Gorge Adventures go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
30 days cancellation before arrival 100% refund
29 – 15 days cancellation before arrival 75% refund
14 – 4 days cancellation before arrival 50% refund
3 days-24 hrs cancellation before arrival 0% refund

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Graskop Gorge Adventures bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Graskop Gorge Adventures via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
